What I wish is that someone would write a book documenting how many American lives have been lost to Muslims, however politically incorrect it might be. We could start with nearly 3000 lives lost on 09/11. We could continue with how many lives and limbs blown off in Iraq and Afghanistan. We could add to that all of the American lives lost at various embassies and tourist places around the world (I'm thinking of Bali, for one).
We have had a failed foreign policy for years, during the Clinton administration, the Bush administration, and the Obama administration - including our members of Congress from both parties. Muslims are getting bolder and the fact is, our leaders are afraid of Muslims. They are afraid and so they try to appease them by throwing our tax dollars (even borrowed dollars) at the Muslim countries and contract trade agreements with them, I am thinking of Pakistan, Indonesia, and more.
Gone are the days of Thomas Jefferson, who valiantly stood up to the Muslim Pirates (Barbary pirates) and formed our US Navy.
We have imported thousands upon thousands of Muslims into our nation under some goofy agreement someone signed with the UN.
If any American protests how Islam is taking over our own nation, we are accused of being bigots and religous intolerance. I have been accused of that here on this very board years ago.
Steve Emerson, a terrorism expert, testified on Capitol Hill years before 09/11 happened what was coming, but he was ignored. You'd think after the first Trade Center attack that our leaders would have taken more precautions instead of trying to appease Muslim nations. But it doesn't happen. Everyone is afraid.
I do not believe most Muslims are peaceful.

I remember people in Egypt and other Muslim countries dancing, throwing candy in the streets when 09/11 happened. Instead of condemnation by the world community at those people, a concerted endeavor was made by the Bush WH and leaders to keep at bay any anti-Muslim sentiment that might be felt in the US. Now we have the obama WH who cowtows to Muslims and bows to a Saudi King while insulting our true allies.
American businesses have been sued by CAIR and various Muslim groups in the US (mosques in our cities, Dell Computer, and others) and our textbooks have rewritten history to put Islam in a favorable light.
Years ago, during the Gulf War, I remember a Muslim leader going on CNN and saying that all he had to do was give the word and there would be jihad here in the US from the Muslims already here. That was thousands and thousands of Muslims ago.
The Crusades were started by Muslims, but history is being rewritten. The Crusades actually came about because Muslims were invading lands and taking people as slaves, raping, murdering, and pillaging. The Knights of the Crusades went to defeat Islam and they did.
Fast forward. The goal of Islam is to raise a Muslim flag touting Allah, not just over a US Embassy, but over the WH. That has been the goal for a long time. I have seen this goal on Muslim jihad sites on the web.
Meanwhile, Muslims continue to foster jihad using US web sites and US servers and have not been shut down, even though after 09/11 I personally, working with someone across the pond, contacted our authorities to have those shut down. Little progress was made. Because of "freedom of speech."
What our politicians and other liberals do not seem to understand is that this is not a Religion of Peace, it is a political movement cloaked in "religion." They use our Constitutional freedoms against us and it will be to our own undoing. They are here to grow in number and force Sharia on the rest of us who do not denounce Christianity and accept Islam. When there are sufficient numbers here, they will start jihad. They have already made inroads in our courts, hospitals, businesses, communities, and more. Obamacare, mark my words, is just another way to get us under Shariah (Muslim law)--Obama's big plan. He will reveal himself one day for what he truly is. Even then, people will say, "oh, what's the big deal, we have freedom of religion."
We are foolish. Islam is an evil that cannot be pacified or bought off. Just ask those who have suffered under Islamic persecution and have escaped to freedom. Slavery? It was Arab Muslims who were largely responsible for selling of black slaves in Africa to the rest of the world. They still deal in slavery today. Sex trade, drugs, child sex slaves, and more. They have tried for a Caliphate before and this is the final Caliphate. We are foolish if we think differently.
