Actually the Homeland Security Department just combined various agencies into a group that could communicate with each other. The Posse Comitatus act forbids the use of the military for law enforcement in the US. The CIA is likewise restricted by law to overseas activity.

Here again you use vague descriptions to misrepresent. If every other thing that is actually unconstitutional was brought to an end it would not be big government. And the majority of those funds were spent on Iraq and Afghanistan. Completely separate from big government. The amount of money spent does not determine big government all by itself.

Ken, you are confusing the "Cap and Trade" Bill with the "Create Inflation" Bill.

Cap and Trade is a tax on "thin air".

Our administration is still using real paper and ink to print Federal Reserve Notes (very pretty BTW). There is talk about only printing them on one side to conserve ink. Also to discontinue printing one dollar bills as they can't buy much anyway.
