So you are willing to allow other people to determine your credibility that you exhibit to others. That’s dangerous, my friend.
Uhm, I am posting what I want to post, and it is what it is , you can of course choose not to like it.

But the document referenced doesn’t back that up. It’s just a filing.

Update (1515ET): Just twelve hours after it was filed, the US Supreme Court has officially put Texas's lawsuit against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin on the docket, meaning the case will be heard.

Being docketed does not mean it is will be heard. It might be heard. It might not be heard.

Seriously? You really believe the Supremes would put this case on the docket and not hear it?

As shocked as I am they agreed to hear it, it is simply unthinkable they would put it on the docket and not hear the case.

Peace to you

All that link shows is that it was filed. Did you even look at it?
The original link does state that SCOTUS has agreed to hear the case. The fact that it also mentions earlier related news does not undo that. Here are a few more indiscriminately selected links reporting the same thing:

Allen West: Seven States Will Join Texas in SCOTUS Lawsuit Against Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania

Seven other states have joined the Texas lawsuit, you know I am not making stuff up...dont hold me responsible if an article is in error

They are Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, South Carolina, South Dakota. so actually 8 states.

Maybe some more will join too
And note some of the comments below the article:

Also noteworthy, Justice Alito denied the emergency relief ONLY in the Parnell PA case. SCOTUS not ruled yet on the writ of certiorari, that is what will determine if they hear the case. Stay positive!! Lots of Pro-Trump missiles being launched.

More good news: the SCOTUS didn't actually dismiss the PA lawsuit. They only denied emergency injunctive relief. The lawsuit is still on the docket!

KH, that's inane. Who here is writing the articles they are linking to and posting? All of us, including you, are relying on others and none of us is responsible for their errors. Everything is subject to scrutiny and correction.
