No, it's not. I try to not post false or misleading information. I wish the folks on your side would try to do likewise instead of latching onto and posting whatever clickbait tickles their fanciful ideas.
Try as you may, your posts are failing miserably, though not nearly as bad as FTW. :Wink

Democrats are on the record talking of packing the Supreme Court, and rotating in new justices, removing their lifetime appointments.

Now think about this, if your a Supreme Court Justice, you know your the 3rd arm of the powers of the federal government, and your not interested in being removed from office by Biden rotating you down to a lower court.

So it is a matter of survival here, both personal and to maintain some independence of the Supreme Court from becoming totally partisan, I think that already primes you into not wanting the democrats to gain the power to do that to the court, which would destroy its independence, making it like a rubber stamp for whatever the democrats want to do.

This case is about as perfect as it can get, to rule on the constitutionality of those states electoral process and not based on election fraud issues which seriously exposes the democrats.
They could rule the state legislatures can pick their slate of electors or they could invalidate all late mail in ballots from election day forwards.

One of the Standardbred racehorses I owe a share of could sprout wings and fly, but it won't happen. The chances of the SCOTUS giving you your fever dream are just about that low.

As I understand it, based on what Mr. K. Starr said on Fox news, SCOTUS has asked the states charged with violating the Federal Constitution, to provide rebuttal of the charges leveled in the suit. After they receive that information, or the deadline for submittal passes, then and only then will SCOTUS decide to take the case or not

So what? They have no more standing than Texas did getting involved in other states' business. I am ashamed of the attorney general of Arkansas for joining this farce.
I’m proud Missouri has once again stood strong for truth, justice, and the American way!

peace to you

I never thought I would see the day when people who claim to be conservatives would stand for autocracy and against representative constitutional republican government. I guess such folks that are trying to overthrow the American constitutional system were really just faux conservatives of convenience all along.

I never thought I would see the day when an independent voter would ignore obvious, widespread voter fraud that clearly threatens the very foundation of our constitutional republic and then accuse honorable patriots who want nothing more than an honest election of undermining our constitutional system and also accuse them of being fake conservatives.

In fact, it is part of the “rules for radicals” to make false accusations, never engage in the facts, and personally attack those who oppose the radical ideology.

peace to you

1. There is nothing honorable about what you are supporting.

2. I don't believe y'all want an honest election. We just had one and Trump lost. Now y'all are having a childish fit because Trump lost.

I hope and pray my cup overflows with lying, cheating, socialist, globalist Liberal Tears, brother.

Drinking tears now, eh? What's next for you - drinking blood? Then what - on to worshipping Moloch, or maybe Baal?

And the list has now grown to 17 states.

MO, AL, AR, FL, NE, ND, OK, IN, KS, LA, MS, MT, SC, SD, TN, UT and WV.
This is looking powerful. I doubt, regardless of the obvious cheating, that the SCOTUS will be bold enough to hand the electors over to Trump but rather make a ruling that puts this matter into the hands of the House where it will come down to 1 vote for each state.

Ain't gonna happen. Just another wild fever dream of some faux conservatives.
