Supreme Court upholds Arizona's photo ID law for elections

    What about forgery? Signatures are pretty easy to forge with some practice, plus what about those who can't write?

    By the process I described on another thread. I won't repeat it here, but it essentially requires photo ID. If you have your photo ID, and your name is on teh list, you can vote. No one can stop you. If you don't, you can't vote, and no one can let you.

    To either allow a person not on the list, or forbid a person who is on the list would be prosecutable with fines and jail (both, not either). Raise the stakes, and make it hurt to cheat.
