Planned Parenthood Director Supports Sex-Selection Abortions
in planned parenthood

The horrific, anti-Life remarks from Planned Parenthood directors were on full display as they celebrated the 39th anniversary of Roe v. Wade. In an interview earlier this week, Angie Murie, executive director of Planned Parenthood Waterloo Region in Canada, was asked about sex-selection abortions. She said:

“I wrestle with gender-based abortion more than any other reason [for having an abortion]...From a macro perspective, I don’t think it is a good idea for us to be eliminating women. But if you look at it at the individual level, which is what we do, I don’t have any right to say that one person’s reason is better or worse than another’s.”

This statement is as illogical as it is disturbing.

While hundreds of thousands of pro-lifers took to the streets of Washington to advocate for the value of every human life, this Planned Parenthood director stated that it is okay for women and their doctors to end a human life simply because of that unborn child’s gender. While Planned Parenthood consistently states their support for “all women”, Murie clearly makes it known that her organization feels no obligation to protect the unborn women in the womb.

:thumbs:Thanks for the post. We must continue to expose PP for who they really are. And to think 500 million of our dollars go to fund these abortion happy people every year. This is the one thing I really get red in the face about. I truly wish we as Christians would unit and refuse to pay taxes until our govt stops funding PP with our tax dollars. I cannot see our gutless Congressmen doing it for us.

Planned Parenthood is the Creation of Margaret Sanger, an early advocate of Eugenics, eliminating the unfit.

HISTORY OF PLANNED PARENTHOOD OF THE HEARTLAND

Planned Parenthood of the Heartland’s history would not be complete without first mentioning the pioneering efforts of Margaret Sanger.

In 1916, two years after coining the term “birth control,” Sanger began a revolution in a Brooklyn storefront. She opened America’s first birth control clinic, laying the groundwork for what is now Planned Parenthood Federation of America. She was then jailed for 30 days for breaking the “Comstock Law,” which forbade the discussion and dissemination of birth control.

Today we celebrate her accomplishments, her pioneering work and her ideas. Margaret Sanger’s vision has inspired the availability of reproductive health care for women in Iowa, Nebraska, Arkansas and Oklahoma, and across the nation.

The Truth About MARGRET SANGER
(This article first appeared in the January 20, 1992 edition of Citizen magazine)

[How Planned Parenthood Duped America

At a March 1925 international birth control gathering in New York City, a speaker warned of the menace posed by the "black" and "yellow" peril. The man was not a Nazi or Klansman; he was Dr. S. Adolphus Knopf, a member of Margaret Sanger's American Birth Control League (ABCL), which along with other groups eventually became known as Planned Parenthood.

Sanger's other colleagues included avowed and sophisticated racists. One, Lothrop Stoddard, was a Harvard graduate and the author of The Rising Tide of Color against White Supremacy. Stoddard was something of a Nazi enthusiast who described the eugenic practices of the Third Reich as "scientific" and "humanitarian." And Dr. Harry Laughlin, another Sanger associate and board member for her group, spoke of purifying America's human "breeding stock" and purging America's "bad strains." These "strains" included the "shiftless, ignorant, and worthless class of antisocial whites of the South."

Not to be outdone by her followers, Margaret Sanger spoke of sterilizing those she designated as "unfit," a plan she said would be the "salvation of American civilization.: And she also spike of those who were "irresponsible and reckless," among whom she included those " whose religious scruples prevent their exercising control over their numbers." She further contended that "there is no doubt in the minds of all thinking people that the procreation of this group should be stopped." That many Americans of African origin constituted a segment of Sanger considered "unfit" cannot be easily refuted.

Abortion and Women of Color: The Bigger Picture
By Susan A. Cohen

http://www.guttmacher.org/pubs/gpr/11/3/gpr110302.html

This much is true: In the United States, the abortion rate for black women is almost five times that for white women. Antiabortion activists, including some African-American pastors, have been waging a campaign around this fact, falsely asserting that the disparity is the result of aggressive marketing by abortion providers to minority communities.

So who are the true racists in the country? The abortion crowd, primarily democrats!
