Should tanning be outlawed?

The poll is set up for multiple answers

and if there is a mis-spelling - blame it on Amy!

No. If people want to burn up their skin and look like old, wrinkled leather that's their business.

Did someone suggest that it should be outlawed?

Many States/Commonwealths have banned tanning for teens; and Brazil has totally outlawed it.

Since Congress knows what is best for us, we may see eventually banning in our lifetime.

Obamacare has a tax on tanning. Remember, the power to tax is the power to control.

It should definitely be outlawed for minors - no question about it.

If you decide to go without medical recommendations (some people have to tan for skin issues or whatever), you should have to sign a waiver that your insurance company doesn't have to pay for your skin cancer treatment later on in life. ;)

Good Ideal!!! ( do you have the same thinking for the seatbelt law?)

I don't agree it should be outlawed for miners-- they spend much time in deep holes and don't get much sun.

Yep!! If you choose to override the safety knowledge that is out there, you should be on your own.

What I would like to see is the insurance company giving double indemnity if you are injured when wearing a seat belt.

Yep! When my car was totaled by a 90 year old man last year, the first question from everyone from the triage nurse in the ER to the insurance adjuster later was "Were you wearing a seat belt?" I don't even start moving the car until everyone in the car is buckled.
