We have a potential infrastructure work force that could be in the billions, and with that many folks across all of America, it would take little time to upgrade an ever again infrastructure, bring it and the people who build it, into the twenty-first century!
Let me say this one thing. Here in southern Caifornia, we have water pipes busting every week and billions of gallons of good drinking water going down the gutters. The reason is, the Water Department pipes are anywhere from 50 to 100 years old.
We have bridges across this nation that are in danger of failing. We have some of the worst roads ever. And the need to upgrade America's infrastructure is critical.

If it was good enough for Americans in the days of Roosevelt's New Deal and WPA programs, why not take those programs; adapt and adjust them to fit today's society; and kill two birds with one stone.
1) Put people back to work, giving them a purpose and something to be proud of having a hand in, and
2) Bring America's infrastructure into this new millennial generation!
Not only will it put people back to work at the frail infrastructure spots; it will put people back to work at factories and businesses that would provide the pipes, steel, cement, etc., to refurbish our outdated infrastructure.
