Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) on Friday filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration for one of the president's first executive orders, which halts all deportations of illegal aliens during his first 100 days in office. According to Paxton, the freeze violates the Constitution and is a violation of federal immigration and administrative law as well as an agreement between the State of Texas and the Department of Homeland Security.

Good for him. I hope other states will follow.

What will be revealed is that the democrats don't give a rat about the Constitution unless it benefits them. The Democrats restrained Trump through the courts. Let them now be restrained also.

When in a conflict, political or physical, what you do is never a one way street. It is always a two way street. Once you start down that street it is two way. So well and good. Put the democrats and Biden in the courts for the next four years.

Most Executive orders violate the law because 90% of them assert authority a president does not have in this country.
