Key to liver is FRESH - and smothered in fried onions, of course.
I used to cook for a lot of people and had it made. Nobody wanted the liver, gizzards, heart - those little yummy things, so I got all, ALL ALL to myself! Mwah ha ha ha! :laugh: I'd be full before I served the meal. It was great.
Makes me wonder why I became a vegetarian. Oh yeah - moved back to the city. Blech! Lack of REAL meat. It can't compare. Miss my farmer friends and hunting buddies. And MEAT! Wiggly, fresh, yummy liver. LOL That sounds great right now. Might have it over oatmeal...okay maybe that's just too much.
