He may have meant 1 cor 12 .13
For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.?
The first portion refers to The Holy Spirit Leading those who were Saved, in Corinth, to join The Lord's church at Corinth, by WATER BAPTISM.
"For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, (into church assembly, at Corinth).
The second portion is the inclusion of both Gentiles and Jews in a church assembly, (from the first portion)
"whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free";
since, as we see in the third section they were both included in Salvation
"and have been all made to drink into one Spirit."
The Spirit has never "baptized" anything.
There is "one baptism".
