The Airplane

Questionable people have given a valuable airplane (an 11 year old Boeing 747) to the Administration for use as an interim Air Force One until Boeing completes delivery of the overdue planes.

Some have objected, but what does scripture suggest is the best course of action?

If our goal is to establish productive relations, consistent with minimizing the funding of terrorists, might we not treat them with dignity and respect? Might we be gracious and attempt to establish cordial relations, rather than demonstrate hatred for the lost?

I have thought about this and wondered if I would be willing to fly in the plane if it were given to me.
Trust but verify.
I appreciate the gesture from one country to another. I think it would be foolish and offensive to refuse it.
But the pentagon has the responsibility of ensuring it is worthy of protecting the President.
But at the same time, do you trust the safety of the leader of your country to the transportation from another country?
I’m really glad I don’t work anywhere near that department.

I do not know why Boeing has made so many public failures, in the last year or two, but I suspect DEI.

The bible clearly teaches we cannot all be leaders, or public speakers (evangelists) but we can all contribute, and everyone that plays a part deserves honor. We are not to put our thumb on the scale to overprice product. Hopefully, Boeing has returned to sound management principles, with competent people in all positions.
