Did these same legislature (nation wide actually) have their hands tied behind their backs with observers being denied and were the legislature allowed to do their job - safeguard the election? Is the Constitution being followed in truth if the checks and balances have been overrun and disallowed. Both cannot be true concerning the meaning and purpose for which the Constitution was designed...

Hopefully, good laws will be passed and people will be held accountable

Absolutely. Someone, actually a lot of someones, needs to pay for the corruption of deleting files, chain of custody violations, attempted coverups by withholding information that could and will expose the truth that this election was rigged with fraud and that the results do not add up!

No one tied their hands. The safe guards should have been put into place months before the election. The Sec of State in each state has that responsibility. Why are these repub Secs of State not being forced to resign for incompetence? The repub governors?

The legislatures had several weeks to make their decision. They could have, at the state level, declared the election invalid based on the improprieties reported.

None had the courage to do that because repubs would have been seen as incapable of conducting a fair election.

The moment they certified the results and sent electors to DC, they put their stamp of approval on the outcome.

Of course you know that is an expression, and they were certainly kept from doing their jobs through activist judicial rulings and having their powers denied and overruled at the time by cowardly governors and even the VP of the United States.

Months before the election the Dems sent out 100s of lawyers to change laws (unconstitutionally) against many of the electors and denied their powers to legislate their own state elections.

She may well very pay for her irresponsibility and attempted cover ups. Many others (Rep SOS) were cowards when it came to confronting the large-scale battle to expose mass election corruption.

Why are these repub Secs of State not being forced to resign for incompetence? The repub governors?

Simple reasoning, it takes time to nail down liars and cheaters bit I expect many will be removed from their positions and hope some are eventually prosecuted for their failures to perform their duties and the reasons they did so.

Why is always a double standard and Dems are allowed to escape prosecution, or do you deny this? Since when are RINOs easily removed from office? – although, the pace at which they are forced out seems to have been gaining momentum.

No, the legislatures had a few weeks to try to prove election fraud after being kept away from observing and being faced with the purposely disorganized mail-in ballots while not having checks and balances in place because of prior RIGGING leading up to the election that worked against them.

Yeah, maybe they could have, if they had foreseen the scheme of the Dems wherein security measures were in place to stop and expose fraud on a new and mass scale instead of being flooded with fraudulent mail-in ballots, new unauthorized unconstitutional laws, observers being illegally denied access and perhaps if they were even aware of the depth of their constitutional responsibilities to take charge of state level elections apart from the swarm of Dem lawyers that helped set up the vulnerabilities that were used to carry out their unscrupulous plans to allow wide ranging corruption of the election.

The Constitution by definition of its function is to provide for fair elections and our last election was anything but fair and constitutional by that definition. To insist that the formality of unprepared and trampled upon electors casting their votes by a certain date fulfills all the constitutional requirements and case closed is same kind of cowardly defeatism accepted by incompetent SOS that were afraid to make waves or even secretly behind the scheme to remove the man from office who was in the process of draining the swamp.

Do you understand that repubs are complicit? This couldn’t have happened without the majority of repubs going aling with it, looking the other way or, in the case of Georgia, working out the agreement with Dems to bypass state laws. And then claiming it was all just fine, no fraud.

The truth is, many repub leaders rejected Trump and wanted him to lose. They were/are embarrassed by him and the 75 million that voted for him.

None of that will change if he runs again.

Was there a fair and free election held according to the state guidelines from the legislature per the constitution? Um, no, lawyers were sent out nation wide unconstitutionally circumventing the work of of legislatures.

Hopefully some indictments will come down soon, however it is expected to take months to investigate in depth some of the wide-scale fraud and corruption but I believe there are a great many going to be on the list.

Whoever unconstitutionally violated election laws,tried to override the state legislatures and helped allow for cheating should be prosecuted.

They cannot investigate without exposing their own actions. I doubt they will really investigate themselves.

The sheriff’s department started this investigation on a complaint and found wide-scale amounts of suspicious and unscrupulous activity – politics is not leading this investigation – however one can rest assured that in almost all these cases of fraud that are exposed will have been committed by Democrats.

It is a process that is building, we need people to work together, stand up to right these wrongs and bring integrity back to our elections. This does not happen by people just giving up and accepting what has been handed us.
