I agree. There have been some who have asked to talk with me as a result of what they have seen me post.

I am also a part of a couple of forums on Facebook which discuss particular points. One is political and the participants agree to be polite and respectful. They are also from many locations which lend itself to discussing points that may differ depending on the state and location.
I've shied away from FB forums due to advice from my son, who sees a low level of dialogue in most of them. But it's good to know of forums where the participants agree to be polite and respectful.

Most of what I have seen in the open forum is a low level of dialog. The closed forums I am a part of are at a very high and serious level. One is much the same level as B-Greek.
