Oh Gina, your body should not go without carbs more than 2 weeks. That is bad if it does.

You should break your meals up into smaller meals and make 3 meals 5 meals.

It is hard for me to eat 3 meals. But since the workout...I am hungry right now.

For supper I had Polish Sausage, and a salad.

Salad had chicken in it, green beans, tomatoes, lettice, cheese, 7 black olives, 2 tablespoons salad dressing.

When buying thing to help with your diet, look at the carbs it has and not the calories. also do not trust fat free. Or low fat as being good. Your body also needs some of those fats.

Sometimes it is hard when you count calories instead of carbs.

Also: Diet Rite soda has no carbs..uses splenda. I perfer Pepsi one. It does not use splenda. It uses the other bad artificial sugar. But no carbs.

Well not really on the milk. But I do eat Sour cream and Creamy Italian dressing.

Chocalate is bad! Loaded with carbs.

Also what i love is me and all the kids ( kids and grandkids) go walking in the park. We have a walking road. 2 laps is one mile.

It is a chance to get outside and not sit in house. You can pray ,a nd just talk with God, kids find weird leaves, squirrels aren't afraid of you, it is good exercise as well as fun.
And everyone can walk. You do not have to walk fast either. If you walk no sense walking anymore than 3 miles. That is all your body will burn of calories is 3 miles.

Now, I'm sure no one knows what is making me say this... but here I go.

Why do we feel the need to go to the moderators with every little disagreement we have? Are we not mature enough to solve a problem with the person we have the problem with? The BB has too many tattle-tales. "Mom, she's picking on me!!"

Let me just say this.. if you have a problem with me.. come to ME. I will extend the same courtesy.

Thank you for your attention in this matter. [IMG]

    Audrey,
I haven't been to the moderator but almost did one time--and I'll tell ya about it in a minute! But to answer ya about folks who can't take the heat---my wife sometimes reads the forums when I'm here and she always rolls her eyes in disgust--"Sounds just like a bunch of carnal church members!"

The way I've always see it is this: the board is made up of about 5500 folks from all over the world-literally! And anytime you get a bunch of folks---Southern Baptist(me), fundy's, Missionairy, etc.---together you are gonna HAVE a disagreement. Its just that some out of the 5500 cannot "take" disagreement! And then they press an issue and keep pressing until somebody types something they ought not to have typed--an insult or a name---and the insult is hurled at somebody who can't take it---usually (this is funny) its the bully's of the board who usually do the most tattlein'---"Brother Bob! Make um stop!!"

anyway, I post something and somebody don't like it---what are they gonna do to me? Reach their hands through the monitor they're in front of and choke me???? Fly down to Jackson--rent a car and drive to Wesson and knock on my door and give me a "knuckle sandwich" and then fly back home???

Heck, I've got folks in my own church who'd love to give the preacher a "knuckle sandwich"! But then again, I've got folks in my church that if there were plans to give the preacher a "knuckle sandwich"---the planner would have to drive through the gaunlet to get to me!!!!!! I did post somethin' a while back about skinheads and neo-Nazism and after I posted I got paranoid--thinking that one of um was monitoring . . .!

I did insult one guy long ago on the board--something to have to do with alcohol---he tattled to Murph and Murph got me and settled me down--so the Moderators will pretty much settle the feud if they need to.

So if folks have somethin' against me---PM me or write it out on the screen for the board public to see---"Blackbird said . . .!" and then they quote what silliness I said and then write their own silliness!!!! Sure does beat anonomious letters-(have you ever received one of them?? I can dictate you one right over this board verbatum one that was sent to me that'll make anything anybody on the board writes look like they're writin' their momma a letter from Boy Scout camp!!! It'll make you sick to read it but yet I did and yet again I had to sit there and tell the Lord Jesus that "I would die for that person, Lord!")--me and them will sit and work it out---but for the most part I don't plan on writing anything that would call the attention of the moderators!

So keep postin'---and write like you're a born-again believer whos filled and being directed by the precious Holy Spirit!

OH, and by the way---I alllllmost PM'd a moderator to complain about 'cha---When you were flyin' up around the women's private forum in your Bg-109 and I saw you from my P-51---it WAS blue!!! Got a picture of it with my gun camera!!! Developin' it now! Can hardly wait to see!

I'm gonna love Audrey, Lord! I really am! I'm gonna write to her as if she were you---sometimes silly stuff--sometimes serious--but that's what I'll do today Lord to encourage her! And I'm gonna keep on lovin' until the ages roll on! That's my prayer of commitment in Jesus' name!

    Brother David

    Morning Blackbird, Jon, and Audrey!

(Audrey: I posted a 'thought for today' in the "Tea Shop" this morning that goes along with your last post.)

It looks like we might have a sunny day here today! Which is good, grandson and I need to finish painting the picnic table and glider.

Then we're gonna go to the A&W. I printed out a coupon I found on the Internet. Buy one Root Beer Float...get one FREE!!!

Then a stop at the 'Plaster Palace' to get some knick knacks to paint. I taught grandson to paint plaster last year and he always likes to take his mama something when he goes home. We always have a fun time painting and talking together too! I am currently painting a "Noah's Ark" piggy bank for another grandson named, Noah.

I'm' not sure what else the day holds, we usually kind of play it by ear...depending on the weather.

I'll pop back in a little later, grandson is still in bed.

    Hello everyone!! [IMG]

The 3 girls will be here in about 15 minutes. They should be here about 2 hours. Should be fun for the boys to have some company.

What's bothering you, AdoptedDaughter? Is it personal or from something on the Baptist Board? Or both??
