    Sue...I think that is great you and your grandson. Mine love stuff like that too. Isn't it funny how little things like that are remembered forever in their little minds. Have a great time!

    Thought I'd drop in and say hello too! [​IMG] Hi Sherrie, Hi Jon, Hi Adopted Daughter, Hi RodH, Hi Sue, and Hi to anyone else who's here!

    Overcast today, but no rain! [​IMG] Have running to do in town today, post office and bank. And our local grocery store is having a produce sale today. Check this out......Ice box watermelon for 98 cents. Sweet Pineapples for $1.88. Mini peeled carrots 1lb bag 88 cents. Dole salad mix for 88 cents, and boy have I been eating the salads so I will definitely jump on that. Lots on sale today!

    Personal, actually its with the business I work with.

    You see, we ship FedEx, UPS, and USPS, and I had a customer in yesterday that wanted to ship something that weighed 116 pounds. I had the hardest time getting the thing off the scale, and there was no way I could get it on there.

    But anyways, this shipment is valued at over $3500. So, I type up the order, my machine spits out the label and I slap the label on the box, simple enough, right? Sure, unless some goon says that there's no label on the box. But here's the catch, no box or package can leave the shop without being scanned into their system. So, now that everything is ok and the packages are picked up last night, my regular UPS delivery comes, with a return!

    So, now I have that much more to deal with, on top of everything else. Oh well, I'm sure that things will be better in the end! [​IMG]

    Doing well Jon. Thanks for asking! [​IMG] And yes, I love a good bargain! Being a stay at home mom and us trying to make it on one income, we do plenty of pennie pinching. But we figure it is worth the sacrifice! How are things with you and yours? Love seeing your picture, along with the others too!

    Well guys, I got to get out of here and get to town. Will be back later. If it seems I come and go a lot, it's because we only have one phone line and I try not to be on the computer for long periods of time in case someone tries to call. Would get the call waiting thing where they let you know when someone has called while your on line, but that cost extra with phone company, and we can't afford that. And my daughter like to come on here at times too, so we have to share.

    So anyway. TTFN!

    Hey! Maintenance must be done! I could not get in. Ok I hope I am not to late to say Hi FYG...and I wish we were having those sales. Pineapple is good for helping you digest your food. Should eat a little with every meal if possible! I also love babby carrots!

    Baby carrots and apples are good snacks during the day.

    Just a bite or two of apple during the day will make your body burn calories. 5 small meals a day. One meal could be carrots and apple slices. Not don't go overboard! 1 teaspoon ove peanut butter also inbetween your meal on a piece of banana can boost your body to burn too!

    I should write a book! Did you know just smelling apples and bananas will make your body think its full and burn calories too. I have not proven that one to be true. But I think I am going to give it the test.


    AdoptedDaughter glad you got your card. Will send your gift beginning of next month. Remember on the other...its all in a days work!

    Well, I got the UPS thingy settled, except now I have to do even more work! AUGH! Sometimes you just can't win!

    Today I am finishing up on some projects I have started, and getting them caught up to date.

    Now the one I am working for has to do their part getting me the information for our next stage.

    Everything has to be done, so I can start some sort of schedule.
