Yeah, I did it. What causes the posts to sometimes be larger than the screen. It drives me crazy trying to read them.

 

Sorry, Thankful--it was me--I'm tryin' to extract vital useful information from Sister--nothin' seems to be workin'---I am continually in my lab continually tryin' to come up with some sort of workable solution to the shop's dilemma--I'm going to the Star Trek thread in a minute--see if I can pick up on how to do the Vulcan "Mind Probe!"--if ya'll can hold Sister down for me--it won't take but a second!!

Hello everyone!

I am filling in for two co-workers today (in addition to my own responsibilities) so I can only stop for a couple minutes. One more week of work and then I am on vacation for two weeks.

Tonight is the local Relay For Life cancer walk. If it is not raining tonight it will be at the high school track. Rain would force everyone into the gym. One of the co-workers I am filling in for is the co-chairperson so she is out getting everything ready.

 

Also my headache finally went away. I guess when it finally rained last night and this morning it got rid of what was giving me the headache.

 

Lunch is over, time to get back to work.

Guess what Sherrie,

I think my wife is 24 also. When she hit 39 - she started to go backwards. When she was 39 the girls were 17, now that she's 24, the girls are 30 - how's that for new math?

Just wondering how you jumped so far ahead of me in number of posts so quickly. You will probably be at 1,000 before the weekend is over at this pace.

My wife wonders the same thing!!!

Starting next week - I'll probably have less time to spend on BB - as I will have to be watching two separate construction jobs. Jan says that I will have to go to bed earlier - and stay off THAT COMPUTER!!!

Have you noticed that no one has seen Gib today?
But I should have made this another post - so I can run my total up higher.

Weather here is sunny to partly cloudy today - no rain for a change.

 

My post total would be higher, but our home computer is in our bedroom. My wife says that she can't sleep when it is on so I am usually good and stop using it shortly after she goes to bed, usually around 9:00 or 10:00 p.m. If we ever get another house I want my own office.

 

My office is next to the bedroom - so Jan can give me dirty looks if she thinks I'm on line too much.

But the truth is - most generally, 6 out of 7 days each week - I go to sleep before she does. Saturday night is the exception.

But she worries about my health - I'm diabetic - and she thinks I need more than five hours of sleep each night!!!

It's certainly nice having a little lady around who is so concerned for my health!!!
