So you werent avoiding me. There was a good reason why at least you were not answering. Am I getting paranoia? First I try the sprrrrring, then the coffee shop?

yours, Jon.

RSR, things are very busy for me in Scotland at the moment. I have initiated a support network for the Gulf war families in this area. This has also meant working with the media......TV, radio, local papers.

We now have a place where we hope to start a drop in facility for them as from this wednesday. Other than the military bases, this is thought to be the first drop in facility for this purpose in Scotland. So......more media this week.

Still needing furniture and much prayer as we are a small church in Lochgelly. In this country there was much controversy politically leading up to the war, but politics must be left behind in any thing when we see people needing Gods love and hurting cos relatives are in danger.

yours, Jon.

Welcome back, Jon. God bless, I tried answering your PM, but yours was overloaded at the time. I am no longer a moderator here, so don't spend as much time, but always looking for you.

Cheers,

Jim

Jon,
You can always drop me an email at jimbo@kingston.net. I still correspond with a lot of folks in the UK. Still trying to get someone to smuggle me in a good old pork pie....

Trust all is well with you and yours. I am relaxing these days, although I have 4 buildings on the draughting table, and they give me something to do with the off time.

Cheers,

Jim

Don't feel too bad, Sherrie. One of my kids spilled a few drops of coffee on my keyboard. I cost me $161.00 to get it repaired and a wait of almost two weeks. It's a laptop; the keyboard had to be replaced.

Blackbird,

We need a preacher that will tell it like it is. Our deacons need some shaping up. They need someone who can lead them and not stammer around them.

I'm here, just haven't read this thread except the last few posts.
What's it all about? Is the coffee decaf?

hahaha! You can have anything you want! I am drinking pineapple juice right now. Kind of tangy. I heard it was good for the digestive tract. But I do not know for sure...Mine was good to begin with. he-he!

I just got this keyboard. It types silently more than the other one I had. More gismo's on it too.

Hey Ed said this and I missed it. Don't know how I did that!

How many Baptists does it take to change
a light bulb?

Depends.
Baptists just raise one hand at a time
so they won't be considered charismatic.
Incandescent bulb: one Baptist
Florescent bulb: two Baptists

Now, I know you guys are not interested, but I took a chance today and colored my own hair. I had never, never even tried that before, but it seemed that I couldn't get the color I wanted at the beauty shop. So I did it myself and I LIKE it. It was so easy and to think of how much money I have been spending
Betty, have you seen that outback steakhouse commercial? I laughed so hard when seen it. Reminded me of you. This lady dyed her hair and it came out this funky red. Not what she wanted at all. She was crying so bad, and then her husband said they were going to the outback steakhouse. Guess you would have to see it.

I can't cut my own hair like Sherrie did. By the way Sherrie how long does it take to grow your hair that long?
It took me probably 10 - 15 years to grow it that long. I miss my hair. :( My hair looks short. Center of my back. My hair is not thick either. So it takes it longer to grow. My bangs grow fast. I wish the rest of my hair did.
