Yes, I think that we have established the fact that you believe my salvation is a delusion. That's why I said let's just suppose that God saves people by grace through faith. Hypothetically, if God saves people on the basis of Christ's atoning work on the Cross as grace and not of works...would you consider these people to be your equals since they did not earn their salvation by their own merit?

In other words, let's take for granted that you are saved and you saved yourself. Let's take for granted that God saved me through grace and I did not merit salvation. Is this something that you would consider unfair? Does it make God unjust to save some by grace while you worked your way in?
There is only 1 way to God.

It is written...

13 Enter ye in at the strait gate:
for wide is the gate, and broad is the way,
that leadeth to destruction,
and many there be which go in thereat:

14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way,
which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

No other way but this way.

Exactly. Now you may be getting it.

The Person of Jesus Christ. The ONLY way to heaven.
It was the person Jesus Christ who said...

Enter ye in at the strait gate:
for wide is the gate, and broad is the way,
that leadeth to destruction,
and many there be which go in thereat:

Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way,
which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Was He telling us the truth?

I believe what He said...word for word.

Where is the strait gate located that few will find?
The broad way, the way that seems right to man but leads to destruction (self-salvation, self-righteousness, merited "salvation", paganism...what ever word you use) is the opposite of the narrow way which is Christ. Men have claimed the ability to save themselves, claimed to deserve such a salvation, throughout hiistory yet they perish outside the kingdom. They are "good" men thinking they are working their way into Heaven when in fact they are continuing down that wide path of self righteousness. Jesus says they must be born again. He is the narrow way.

But again, are you able to answer those questions I asked of you? Or are you just going to continue in hopes no one will notice those questionns have exceed your understanding?

The strait gate: The Lord Jesus Christ.

The wide way: those who think they earned it, or deserve it.

The whole point of our conversation.
It is you, not me that has to honor your own words.

As it is written...

Matthew 12:37
For by thy words thou shalt be justified,
and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

It is you that has to
justify yourself or condemn yourself
by either proving or either not proving
your own words you made concerning me
and what I posted.

Not me.

I was just sent to converse with you.

What you say is upon you.

Not me.

I know where the strait gate is located.

I know you do not know.

That is why I asked you.

In fact there was a purpose for everything I have stated on here.

And every question I put forth.

To achieve that which is the will of God in the Spirit realm.

Do you love your neighbor?

The Bible tells us to love our neighbors, and also to love our enemies; probably because generally they are the same people. - chesterton

I like this one too...but it is more off topic:

"Journalism largely consists of saying 'Lord Jones is Dead' to people who never knew that Lord Jones was alive."

I love everyone more than they love me
and I hate everyone less than they hate me.
The word 'good' has many meanings. For example, if a man were to shoot his grandmother at a range of five hundred yards, I should call him a good shot, but not necessarily a good man.

I see the slander is untethered from truth. He claims my view makes salvation "solely dependent upon human effort" which is slanderously false. Salvation is in fact solely dependent upon God's grace alone.
He denies the very words of scripture that false teachers prevented those entering to go in.

We either accept scripture and abide in the teachings of Christ, or we go too far and claim Christ did not teach what He taught.
