    I didn't claim that Germany did attack us at Pearl Harbour. They did, however, declare war on us soon afterwards. Iraq did not declare war on us before we invaded them as a "pre-emptive strike".

    No, that is not forgotten.

    If you believe they were a significant presence* in Iraq before the invasion or have not become so afterwards, then you are blind to facts.

    They did some training with the Kurds - who opposed the Iraqi government in armed rebellion.

    Or... what would have been the savings of doing to Hitler in 1933 what Bush did to Saddam and sons 70 years later? About 60 million lives and untold amounts in property.

    They broke the peace treaty from the first Gulf War, they routinely shot at our planes patrolling the no fly zone and they also paid somewhere around 20 grand to families of terrorists to attack our allies in Israel. Might be no big deal to the Lindbergh Isolationists in the Democrat and Constitution Party, but for clear headed Americans, the writing was on the wall.
