Okay. I read it. I saw it telling me all kinds of stuff I can't do.

I need to go lie down. I'm developing another hangup.

 

Pipedude you must have a totally different translation that I do.

It talks about NOT judging someone who doesn't live up to the same standards that you have when it comes to gray areas. If he is a weaker brother or a new Christian we shouldn't judge them and we shouldn't be a stumbling block to the either. Its all about discernment. Not about what one should or shouldn't do.

 

Yeah, that's what I said.

v. 1 don't engage in doubtful disputations
v. 3 don't despise those who are stricter than you
v. 13 don't judge one another
v. 13 don't put a stumbling block in another's way
v. 15 don't let your eating destroy someone for whom Christ died
v. 16 don't let your good be evil spoken of
v. 20 don't destroy the work of God by your food
choices

I think a lot depends on your individual history. Having not been there, I don't have a problem with dancing.

 

The only problem I can see with :
dance+alcohol=sex ;is God seeing+aids=death

 

I will say though I'd sure like to know how to make my smiley face dance.

 

Try some alcohol. It always worked when I was in the business.

 

well, pipe I am sure that it would work for a while but next thing you know 10 years would have passed and I'd be back in rehab,Igeuss I'll have to go with out the dance. I've got the smiley face.
