Why is it happened? Why Devil became the ruler of this world? GOD created Earth and the universe for mankind, but the Devil took the power to rule.

I think it is happened from the very beginning, from Adam and Eve. At first it seems that GOD was in charge and He gave order to Adam and Eve not to eat from the Tree of knowledge. So under guidance and rule of GOD the life on Earth took its course, if only Adam and Eve will be obedient to the Lord.

When Devil came to a scene and deceit first humans, the order of the world changed in favor of Devil. Because Adam and Eve disobeyed GOD'S Command and took advise of the Devil, and since this moment the power to rule was handed to Devil, because they obeyed him and not the Lord, and the Devil became the ruler of the world.

But to deceit and to tempt Jesus Christ, this requires a different tactic. To tempt Jesus with the same thing as he tempted Adam and Eve, certainly would not work. So, Devil devised a different plan for Christ to lure and tempt Him by the kingship of the world.

But here is a trick, if Jesus accepted Devil's proposal, the true ruler of the world still will be the Devil, because Jesus must bow ("worship" in some Bibles) to him which is a sign of full submission. So, Jesus will be secondary to Satan and the Satan still will be unchallenged ruler.

Of course, for Jesus such proposal of Satan does not make any sense because Jesus is the true Ruler of the world, and everything, the Earth and the universe belong only to Him, why He would bow to Satan? It just is not His time to rule the world physically, but it will come in appropriate time.

That was desperate attempt of Satan to turn around the upcoming change in the world that Jesus will bring and the leadership of the world by the Satan is now under threat by Jesus Christ.

Indeed, Jesus Christ divided the world on two sides, one side of GOD and the other of Devil. So Devil lost a lot due to Christ, but he still rules his side of the world until his time expires.

The fight between Satan and Christ is for the souls of human beings. Satan tried to destroy as many souls as possible with his Satanism, which we are all witnessing today, and we see how our basic morality and the rule of law are degrading and the country and the rest of the world turning to a pure Satanic society.

But on the side of Jesus, the true Christian resist Satanism in all its forms, and not as much as to save the country, which is already cross the point of no return, but to save their own souls in order to inherit the Earth with Jesus then He will come a second time.

Today's events play out in both ways. Repugnant Satanism turns more people to GOD, who are trying to find the exist to escape madness, and to find peace and place for their souls from demonic insanity of the liberal anarchy.

But today's anarchy also attracted certain people to join the Satanism and serve the current ruler of the world, because of great benefits, power, and enrichment.

Indeed, the world was given to Satan from the beginning of time and he can give it to whomever he wish and he does so. All who join and embrace today's Satanism is in charge of the world and the Satan gives them the power to rule.

The forces opposing the Satan are losing the battle as predicted in the prophecies of the Bible and no one is able withstand the onslaught of today's immorality, bloodshed, deceit, and constant lies of Satanism.

But true Christians know that this is the beginning of the end. Paradoxically in this case, even the end has its beginning, but the difference here is this that eventually this beginning of Satanism will come to its end and will never rise again, it will be gone forever.

JESUS warned. Take heed that no man deceive you. (this was the first concerns of JESUS). It seems that many have not kept this warning of JESUS and are being deceived by false and devilish theories and false interpretations of the Word of GOD spread in the world, mainly through internet. Check it in 2Corinthians 11:13-15.

It is necessary to seek discernment of spirit, as says the Word of GOD. "Believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of GOD: because many false prophets (false preachers of the Word of GOD-the TAIL of the red Dragon-Isaiah 9:15-16) are gone out into the world.

It is impressive that the Scriptures you quoted(Psalm 2) was written around 3000 years ago, but its LITERAL fulfillment is now, even now, from now on. Revelation 19:19-21:

A word search of the phrase 'God of Israel' reveals it to be on 131 pages of the OT often multiple times on each page. Example:

I must conclude though, that at some point (probably during the 400-year Inter-Testamental period) the Old Covenant 'arrangement' (read 'world') was handed over to Satan, perhaps in order to bring about the crucifixion would be my guess. The type supports this:

Now GOD's people will have to go through (I mean win a WAR) against the Red Dragon, that's exactly it, a Red Dragon yes, this is not coincidence, it was predicted millennia ago. He's a false messiah who will soon manifest himself just ahead, with great signs of lying, he will manifest in Israel as a lamb with two horns(two kingdoms), he's a Jew, of course, and he'll speak like a Dragon. Revelation 12.v.3 to 17 and Revelation 13:v. 11 to 18.

Let's get ready to go through this not easy FINAL journey of GOD's people here until the glorious, marvelous, and day of exceedingly joy - the day 1335. Amen.

When we read these words we must first acknowledge that Satan is a liar. Whenever he speaks, he is deceitful.
We see in Job 1 and Job 2 that Satan can only do what God allows him to do.
Second, at the cross, Satan was defeated. He was bound and restricted so that he could not destroy the seed of the growing Church. The only thing he could do was plant tares among the wheat, but he is not given the authority to wipe out all the wheat.
