The difference between women and men

….. is all about the details.

Just had a ladies “brunch” at church where the men served the ladies for Mother’s Day.

Normally, the men have a prayer breakfast once a month which goes as follows…..

No table cloths, no decorations, throw the tables out, coffee ready, put the beacon, sausage, eggs, gravy, biscuits out and be careful in the line.

The ladies had decorated, colored table cloths (tables at an angle), fancy twirly things hanging around, punch, lemonade, fancy crussants, one container of beacon wrapped something and about a dozen sweets and desserts.

They allowed us to be there, but really only tolerated our presence.

it was fun, really.

Are women more superficial? Or what is it you're saying?
My wife had to paint her toe nails so she could wear sandals this summer.

If I wear sandals (an accomplishment in itself) I simply assume people are not gazing at my big hairy, unpainted toes. If they are, it doesn't bother me.

Superficial? Nah. Just different.

No, Women have a different focus than men. The attention to detail makes the event special to them. The attention of beacon, sausage, gravy & biscuits make the event special to men.

peace to you

AND, if you give me something, or do something for me, it’s fine if I just say “Thank you!” My wife HAS to write a “Thank You” note.
