I am on a book buying FREEZE and can only buy books if they are SS related. This will save money and keep my book collection down. But anyways for my birthday I will be able to get one book and I have in mind a book on the Trinity as I have no such book.
James White wrote one called The Forgotten Trinity has anyone read it? Is it good and deep? I want one that is deep in theology and exegesis, and not some easy conversational type book that does not challenge me. I want a challenge.
Here is another one that I am sure would challenge me but its a Biblical Theology book and not systematic.
Father, Son, and Spirit: The Trinity and John's Gospel (New Studies in Biblical Theology)
The Trinity is very very complex and hard to understand no question about it. So sad so few books are written on the subject.
