You are using labels that are man made to divide Christians rather than follow and come together on what scripture shows us. Here is something by my buddy Amo that hits the nail on the head of this false doctrine...'You are all looking for, and awaiting a deliverance and exaltation that will not take place. One that the scriptures do not promote. You are in the exact state of the Jewish nation before the first advent of Christ. They incorrectly interpreted the prophecies of the old testament to suite their own fancies. Ignoring the prophecies concerning Christ's humiliation and apparent defeat by this world, they only focused upon those which spoke of their deliverance and exaltation once again as God's chosen nation on this earth. When Christ did not deliver them from the Romans, and exalt them in this world once again, the vast majority of them rejected Him, because He did not fulfill their false expectations. Even the apostles themselves were awaiting the same, until they realized the true nature of Christ's mission.

Acts 1:6 When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?
7 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.

Today, the supposed Church of Christ, ignores the clear testimony of the scriptures regarding the humiliation and apparent defeat of God's Church in this world before His second coming. In it's place they have produced a false interpretation of biblical prophecy that has them being delivered before this humiliation, and exalted to heaven, before the great tribulation prophesied of in the scriptures. They do not understand that the very thing which this world saw as Christ's defeat at His first coming was in fact, a total victory over Satan and this world. He was obedient to God even to the point of death, and that death was victory and salvation to all who believe.

Phil 2:5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

The Church of Christ will be humiliated, and apparently defeated in this world. To the contrary though, this humiliation, and apparent defeat will be an overwhelming and complete victory on their part. They will have been obedient to the Son, as the Son had been obedient to the Father even to the point of death. The result being a complete rout of the enemy. God's deliverance and exaltation of His own, will come when the world thinks it has just gained the victory over the same. Are you willing to follow Christ all the way?

John 16:32 Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me.
33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

What if the seventieth week of Daniels prophecy has already happened? What if the 42 months, the 1260 days, and the 3 1/2 years have already transpired? Thus you are awaiting events that will never transpire, as Israel awaited a deliverance and exaltation that would never take place in the days of Christ's first advent. Many of whom, lost salvation as a result.

This is a tried and successful method used by Satan at Christ's first advent. Please be sure of what you believe and why you believe it. It is not for me to judge your motives. On the other hand, it is certain that Satan will use every method available, to lead all to be unprepared for Christ's second advent. For he knows there will be no second chance after the same.

Those who are not willing to share in Christ's humiliation, will not either be privy to His exaltation. The former is a prerequisite for the latter.

Acts 8:32 The place of the scripture which he read was this, He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and like a lamb dumb before his shearer, so opened he not his mouth:
33 In his humiliation his judgment was taken away: and who shall declare his generation? for his life is taken from the earth.

Matt 10:37 He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

Does that mean those who cast out devils and do miracles will be turned away?

God says that before the rapture 2 billion people will be killed. If those were all Christians and revival broke out, and a world wide revival happened, then plenty of the church, all those just accepting Christ as their Saviour, will leave no one behind at the rapture, except perhaps many in Israel or the middle east.

How many have to be left on earth for Satan to force to serve him?
