Precisely. It’s borderline genius…approached from the side of madness.
But, in theory, if they start with the ones in congress, the problem may solve itself very early on.
We must have had a real problem with about 60-70 million buffalo in the US in 1800. I'm guessing the slaughter of the buffalo herds was because they farted too much and were wrecking the 19th century climate. Those guys were way ahead of their time.
