Food must have gone up 25% in the last couple of months. No more cheap food and cheap fuel. Just blew 20 bucks on 5 pounds of cheese and two yams.

The liberals solution to energy sufficiency is ethanol. Probably the most expensive, and devastating decision in modern times. It was never a viable solution, except to the feel good politicians and the farmers who backed them....Even Algore's solutions to global warming could not have done more damage...

Conservatives and moderates are as responsible for this ethanol mess as are liberals.

In OR the LIBERAL governor ordered that the state convert to 10% ethonal. Mileage is down, cars don't run right but we are saving gas! Uhh if you don't figure out the facts maybe you could say that since it takes lots of gas to grow the crop that is subsidized into ethonal and that it takes more gallons to travel the same distance etc.

And I just heard on the news that the farmers are going to plant 8% less corn because it is to costly to raise ?????? uh thought they were making a fortune on this stuff - let's see 8% less corn - wonder how much flour will go up with that one and bread and .........

But it's not even close to what the cost will be of buying into the "global warming" scam.

They were never really were on the right, those RINOs. The true conservatives talk about it like it is a hoax, they just aren't the ones the newspapers quote.

And perhaps he is wrong, in at least a few republicans, maybe even half, are against any global warming legislation. I don't know of one democrat speaking against it. I'd love to see some. And the ratios of dem/repub support this bill potentially enjoys.
