The "Hope" lawsuit

One Christian organization is taking another over copyright!

1 Cor 6:1-7 seems to apply.

First of all, these two organizations are located in different parts of the country. Hope Channel International is in Maryland and Hope Media Group in Texas, but both work nationally. Hope Channel International will have to prove that the name Hope Media Group confuses consumers on who is who, which is highly unlikely. I would say this is a frivolous lawsuit.

Without a lot of research on my part - (I basically only saw the headline) I would say you are correct.
