The idea of 'Climate Change' and 'Global Warming'

I just got my roof done from the damage done by Hurricane Irma as no roofers could come till now, and a lot of them are going up to Panama City area to start rebuilding the houses and roofs over there. So I was checking to see if what my gut feeling that this is part of the end time signs as the storms get bigger and stronger, Irma was over 400 miles wide compared to the 50 mile wide hurricanes we get, and I found the following...

"Already, there is evidence that the winds of some storms may be changing. A study based on more than two decades of satellite altimeter data (measuring sea surface height) showed that hurricanes intensify significantly faster now than they did 25 years ago. Specifically, researchers found that storms attain Category 3 wind speeds nearly nine hours faster than they did in the 1980s. Another satellite-based study found that global wind speeds had increased by an average of 5 percent over the past two decades.

There is also evidence that extra water vapor in the atmosphere is making storms wetter. During the past 25 years, satellites have measured a 4 percent rise in water vapor in the air column. In ground-based records, about 76 percent of weather stations in the United States have seen increases in extreme precipitation since 1948. One analysis found that extreme downpours are happening 30 percent more often. Another study found that the largest storms now produce 10 percent more precipitation."

I personally have to come to feel that the idea of Climate Change (or Global Warming) is not just for political reasons, but subtly has become a distraction from the end time signs...

"As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night will never cease." Genesis 8:22 I guess them liberals never bother to read the whole bible and not cherry pick what fits their narrative.

It' s (climate change) being caused by the magnetic shifting of the poles. This has been most likely spurned on by the unprecedented solar activity that has been happening for several years now.

Surprise, surprise we agree (partially) on something! The theory that climate change can be at least partially by the earth's shifting magnetic field is an active research area.
New perspectives in the study of the Earth’s magnetic field and climate connection: The use of transfer entropy

Here, we propose an innovative information-theoretic tool, i.e. the transfer entropy, as a good candidate for this scope because is able to determine, not simply the possible existence of a connection, but even the direction in which the link is produced. We have applied this new methodology to two real time series, the South Atlantic Anomaly (SAA) area extent at the Earth’s surface (representing the geomagnetic field system) and the Global Sea Level (GSL) rise (for the climate system) for the last 300 years, to measure the possible information flow and sense between them. This connection was previously suggested considering only the long-term trend while now we study this possibility also in shorter scales. The new results seem to support this hypothesis, with more information transferred from the SAA to the GSL time series, with about 90% of confidence level. This result provides new clues on the existence of a link between the geomagnetic field and the Earth’s climate in the past and on the physical mechanism involved because, thanks to the application of the transfer entropy, we have determined that the sense of the connection seems to go from the system that produces geomagnetic field to the climate system.

BUT
Of course, the connection does not mean that the geomagnetic field is fully responsible for the climate changes, rather that it is an important driving component to the variations of the climate.

Climate Change is a NOTHING BURGER USELESS PHRASE.

Here in the Pacific NW when i get up in the morning the climate has changed and is different than yesterday morning.

everywhere its like that, some places have a more stable environment but still have a have a little more wind, a degree or two temperature difference day to day.

the globalist use the phrase as a fear mongering tool. "vote for us, we have the solution just send us at least HALF YOUR PAYCHECK", YES, that's what their solution will cost when you get through paying their Climate Change tax FINES. YES FINES because you are guilty of burning fossil fuel (although the chief offenders - e.g. China - go scott free) you are an environmentalist CRIMINAL.

as Adonia has noted our sun is going through changes, normal changes due to aging.
like you and i the sun will eventually "give up the ghost" and die.

As it ages it affects the earth with varying emissions of sub atomic particles bombarding the earth impacting the global weather, magnetic entities, etc. many of the changes are unpredictable which is why the name went from global warming to climate change.

They tried this fearmonger deception a few years ago with something call "acid rain" and it fizzled out.

look it up those of you don't know about this globalist/environmentalist prevarication.

What made the acid rain myth finally evaporate? (naughty word alert)

I agree. We are experiencing Climate change, but its natural cycle; no evidence its caused by man.

The climate does change in cycles. We can simply look at the History of The Earth to prove that. The most drastic climate changes were pre-industrial revolution, so there goes the theory that its man caused.

of course man exacerbates things impacting our environment.

50 plus years ago as an engineering student of San Jose College i remember not being able to see the coastal foothills due to smog.

Now, due to the creation/invention of the catalytic convertor required by law on every car the problem was solved with California clearly displaying her beauty.
