THE LAW WRITTEN ON THE HEARTS

Israel many times fail to follow the Law of their GOD, because for human beings it is difficult task to do, and if one generation follows the Lord, the following generation may not do it.
But it will be a time then GOD will write His Laws not only on the hearts of His people the Jews, but also on the hearts of the Christians, those who truly follow Him, in order that all generations of selected human beings will be fully dedicated and loyal to the Lord their GOD at all times.

Jeremiah 24.7
7.And I will give them a heart to know Me, I am the Lord, and they will be My people and I will be their GOD, they will return to Me with their whole heart.'
(Jeremiah 30.22, 31.1.33, 32.38.40) (To Hebrews 10.16-17) (Psalm 40.8-9) (2Corinthians 3.3).

~ "And I will give them a heart to know Me." How to know the Lord? Only through His Commandments and Statutes, and where is no any other way to know Him.

In other words, the Lord GOD will put His Law into souls of His people and they will know His Laws and His Ordinances right from their own heart and will obey them top the letter.

This relates not only to Israel but to entire world, only to those who truly believe in GOD'S word, by accepting all His Commandments and all His Statutes and follow them, others who do not do that are not count in this event.


Jeremiah 31.33
33.But this is the Covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord, I will put My Law within them and I will write it on their hearts and I will be their GOD and they shall be My people.

In this passage word COVENANT represents the Law of GOD.
COVENANT and the Law is the same thing.
The New COVENANT was promised in the Old Testament, and when Jesus brought this New COVENANT to the people, He brought the SPIRITUAL COMMANDMENTS of the Old COVENANT, and since this moment it has been called as a New COVENANT (New Testament).


Very interesting verses I found in 2Chonicles, indicating how GOD sometimes turning people to obey His Laws and His Commandments.

2Chronicles 30.10-12
Hezekiah, 13-th king of Judah, decided to make Passover in Jerusalem and he called all people of Judah and Israel to attend it.
10.So the couriers went from city to city through the country of Ephraim and Manasseh and as far as Zebulun, but they laughed them to scorn and mocked them.
11.Only a few from Asher, Manasseh, and Zebulun, humbled themselves and came to Jerusalem.
12.The hand of GOD was also on Judah to give them one heart, to do what the king and the officials commanded by the word of the Lord.

While majority of the people rejected to honor the Holiday of GOD, the most holiest Holiday of Passover, GOD decided to choose certain people of His Own choice and gave them ONE HEART.

This means that GOD gave to chosen people the same urge and drive to observe His holy Holiday, and so they humble themselves and went and honored the holy Passover.


Ezekiel 36.26-27
26.A new heart I will give you, and a new spirit I will put within you, and I will remove from your body the heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.

27.I will put My Spirit within you, and make you follow My STATUTES and be careful to observe My ORDINANCES.

Here we have a combination of two major words "Heart" and "Spirit," meaning and context of which define STATUTES and COMMANDMENTS of the Lord.

And so it continues in other passages, the same theme, there is the Spirit of GOD equivalent to His COMMANDMETS and STATUTES.

Ezekiel 39.29
29.and I will never again hide My face from them when I pour out My Spirit upon the house of Israel, says the Lord GOD.

Isaiah 44.3
3.I will pour water on the thirsty land and streams on the dry ground, I will pour My Spirit upon your descendants and My blessing on your offspring.

All these statements mean one thing, in order to know the Lord your GOD, you have to know His COMMANDMENTS and His STATUTES.

If you know His COMMANDMENTS and His STATUTES and follow them, you surely know the Lord, and He knows you as one who belongs to His people.

Today, just like it had been in the past, rituals and false teachings of the church overshadowed the true COMMANDMETS and STATUTES of GOD.

Therefore, the verse below precisely pointed to this problem and shows how to resolve it.

1Samuel 15.22
22.And Samuel said, "Has the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as in obeying the voice of the Lord? Surely to obey is better than sacrifice, and to heed than the fat of rams."

The Laws and Ordinances of GOD are perfect, because GOD Himself is perfect.

8.the precepts of the Lord are right rejoicing the heart, the commandment of the Lord is clear, enlightening the eyes,

I noticed every strange thing on every Christian forum, instead of encouraging one another in the Gospel and the Lord, so called "Christians" constantly dispute, feud, quarrel, and disagree with one another on everything.

Indeed it is very funny, I posted mostly verses of the Holy Scripture, and some people saying, "It is not the Gospel."!

It seems to some that the true Gospel can be only they own only opinion and selected places of the Bible they took out the context, which fit to their own doctrine placed in their narrow minded brain by the church and their preachers, and so as the consequence of such tradition it leads to the narrow and shallow minded conclusions, ignorance and disrespect to the passages and statements of the Bible.

How come verses and statements of the Bible I presented can be "false" message Barry?

And what is you "right" message?

Your message is that Christ die for us and we are saved. And this is right message no questions about, but not only one.

If the Bible will consist of only one message that you constantly promote and so eagerly endorse, then the Bible will consist of only one page, in the middle of which will be written your only argument and statement.

In that case Barry I will have nothing to offer, but will be completely agree with you, because is nothing else I can take from one page Bible except this one slogan.

THANKS GOD that we have full Bible! You concentrated (and you are far not alone) only on one aspect of the Bible and ignore completely other some 999 pages of the Holy Book which explain and teach the meaning of Christ's Sacrifice and Salvation it brings, and it seems that this particular explanations and meanings you do not want to read and hear.

Actually read entire theme: Matthew 25.31-46, because the WORKS OF FAITH you are so afraid of, which you neglect and despise, and it is "false" in your eyes, will be the main KEY and the DOOR to unlock the entrance of the Kingdom.


And if you one of the "pastors," then read this: Ezekiel 34.1-23.30-31, John 10.1-16, because it is look like that the judgment of GOD will start from those who suppose to pasture His flock, but they will receive much greater condemnation than anybody else for their indifference, corruption, greed, and true FALSE teachings.

The irony is that this is exactly the response that Paul got from those seeking to put believers back under the law . Paul was accused of preaching a licence to sin . They turned the message of grace into a message of licence . ( Galations ) .

We are not sacrificing bulls and goats are we ? lambs ? turtle doves ? So here we have something that is in the bible that we no longer do today. Another would be that before the cross there was remission of sins but no redemption. Now something changed after the cross ,in that remission and redemption are to be recieved by faith . Another difference would be that before the resurrection no one was ' born again ' or sealed by the Holy Spirit until the day of redemption. There are many many examples from the whole bible like this . What your doing is ignoring any differences , quoting verses before the cross as if they apply the same after . You quote from the old testament, seemingly ignorant of Hebrews 9
16¶For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator.
17For a testament is of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth.

Jesus said ' it is finished ' on the cross, He died for our sins ,was buried and rose again the third day according to the Scriptures . This is about Jesus . The WHOLE bible is about Jesus. I really don't think you understand the significance of the cross . Why ? i don't know ?

Sure I notice Jesus Christ Sacrifice and I also noticed His Statutes and His Commandments. But you on the other hand, only noticed His Sacrifice but do not noticed His Commandments and His Statutes.

The Old Testaments is Jesus Christ's Testament (Covenant), and the New Testament (Covenant) is also His. The Old Testament (Covenant) very well served people before His Sacrifice, and through sacrifices of animals to GOD people were forgiven, redeemed, and saved.

After the Cross, New Testament (Covenant) of Jesus Christ took full effect, and the Spiritual Commandments of the Old Testament (Covenant) became the Commandments and Statutes of the New Testament (Covenant) of Jesus Christ.

You are trying to dismiss and nullify the New Testament's Commandments and Statutes by placing them back into the Old Testament and declaring assumption that they are no longer valid, because Paul criticized Jews for bringing Gentiles back to the Old Testament's physical rituals.

Paul criticized Jews for pushing Gentiles back to circumcision, and for restrictions in food, and for some other minor physical rituals of the Law of Moses which no longer necessary to observe and to follow after Sacrifice of Christ. But Paul never dismiss the Spiritual Commandments and Statutes of the New Testament of Jesus Christ, but teach and taught them people just like Jesus Christ did.

You mixing oranges and apples together to justify your false, completely wrong, and meaningless doctrine applying that Christ died and His Statutes and His Commandments no longer need to be observe.

Now you wrote complete foolishness. "before the cross there was remission of sins but no redemption." So again according to you before Sacrifice of Christ people were forgiven but not saved. So they offer their sacrifices in vain and never received salvation?! Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, David, all the men of GOD, and all the prophets who lived, served, and worshiped GOD, did all of these in vain, they died without being redeemed and saved!

Interestingly in this sentence you did not used word "salvation" because obviously you will be wrong due to the fact that I already made a post about SALVATION and it indicates how people in pre-Christ era have been saved according to GOD'S word. So now you use word "redemption" and not "salvation" in order to confuse me and others. And above all, what is the point of remission without redemption Barry?

Do you know Barry how many times word redemption has been mentioned and repeated in the Old Testament? Now I know for sure why you do not understand New Testament, because you do not understand the Old one, for you such understanding is completely close.

As you can see the word REDDEM goes together with the words SAVIOR and SALVATION in these statement, this means that GOD REDEEM people from their SINS and SAVED them for His Kingdom long before His crucifixion, from day one, but only those who uphold His Laws.


For this reason it has been said:

Romans 2.11-16
11.For, there is no partiality with GOD.

12.All who have sinned without the Law will also perish without the Law, and all who have sinned under the Law will be judged by the Law.

13.Not the hearers of the Law are just before GOD, but the doers of the Law will be justified. (Luke 6.46-49) (Romans 2.13) (James 1.22-25)

14.For, when Gentiles who do not have the Law do instinctively the things of the Law, these not having the Law are a law to themselves.

No one will ever accuse you of being “antinomian” (against the Laws of God). However, I wonder if your “good news” might be a little light on “Grace”.

Hank, a friend of mine, likes to say that Satan wants us to fall off the narrow path and into a ditch, but Satan doesn’t really care which ditch you run into. He is equally happy when a Christian uses “grace” as an excuse to abandon any “spiritual discipline” and live just like the world. A Carnal Church suits Satan just fine. On the other side of the road, a Hyper-legalistic Church full of people all bound up in rules and feeling a million miles away from the “Love” and “Grace” of God also suits Satan just fine. Neither church will effectively shine the light of the TRUE GOSPEL that Jesus lived and died and was resurrected for to a dark world.

So the hardest thing is to plot a course down the middle of the road. Grace AND Holiness. Love AND Purity. Forgiveness AND Accountability.

Not “obey the Law to please God”, but rather “obey the Law because God is already pleased”.
