1. The Law of God must "define sin"
2. The Law of God must "still exist"
3. The Law of God must apply "to all"
Only in that way can you get to what this guy talks about -- the baseline position that "ALL have sinned" and that even now -- still today -- ALL need a savior from sin who will WRITE that LAW on the human heart as one of the central promises of the New Covenant.
