More lefty delusion
You really like to falsely attack people at the expense of truth, knowledge, and the Christian witness...

I'm going to color-code this so that you can make the connections.

You were responding to my previous post, which stated:

Nonsense. Barr's letter specifically stated that the President was not exonerated of obstruction of justice. For whatever reason, Barr offered his opinion that the President should not be indicted for obstruction. Apparently the Mueller Report will detail both public and non-public actions that looked like obstruction of justice.

Barr's initial letter (which he has since insisted is not a "summary"), stated:

"The report's second part addresses a number of actions by the President – most of which have been the subject of public reporting – that the Special Counsel investigated as potentially raising obstruction-of-justice concerns. After making a “thorough factual investigation” into these matters, the Special Counsel considered whether to evaluate the conduct under Department standards governing prosecution and declination decisions but ultimately determined not to make a traditional prosecutorial judgment. The Special Counsel therefore did not draw a conclusion - one way or the other – as to whether the examined conduct constituted obstruction. Instead, for each of the relevant actions investigated, the report sets out evidence on both sides of the question and leaves unresolved what the Special Counsel views as “difficult issues” of law and fact concerning whether the President's actions and intent could be viewed as obstruction. The Special Counsel states that “while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.”

"The Special Counsel's decision to describe the facts of his obstruction investigation without reaching any legal conclusions leaves it to the Attorney General to determine whether the conduct described in the report constitutes a crime. Over the course of the investigation, the Special Counsel's office engaged in discussions with certain Department officials regarding many of the legal and factual matters at issue in the Special Counsel's obstruction investigation. After reviewing the Special Counsel's final report on these issues; consulting with Department officials, including the Office of Legal Counsel; and applying the principles of federal prosecution that guide our charging decisions, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and I have concluded that the evidence developed during the Special Counsel's investigation is not sufficient to establish that the President committed an obstruction-of-justice offense."

The AG determined that NOTHING indicated that the President tried to obstruct justice, period...
The AG does not have the final word on the President's actions. Congress and the public have the final word. While Barr may not want to indict, I doubt the facts established by the Mueller report are going to make the President look good. However, we'll wait for it and then see what has been uncovered.

There is no "will" to it. The Mueller Report is finished.

Seriously, if there nothing to fear then just release the full report:rolleyes:
 No, let’s wait for them to investigate the DNC deep state involvement that led to these investigations in the first place, and the farce of an investigation that allowed Clinton to even be a candidate. After that perhaps it will be time to release the redacted Mueller Report, if it is even relevant by then, which would be highly doubtful. :Biggrin

So you are saying that Trump plans to disband Congress and suspend elections so that Congress cannot exercise oversight and voters cannot pass their verdict?

If not, then you will need to explain how the facts established by the Mueller Report (which neither of us have seen, nor even had summarized for us), are "finished."

If the Mueller Report really exonerates the President, then let's see it and be done with all of the suspicion.

So the entire investigation was based on a lie. The Dossier was uncorroborated trash that should never seen the light of day. That's is proven fact. The lie was that there was collusion by Trump with Russia to effect the national election. We know that never happened but the dossier was an "insurance policy" by the lefties in the deep state. Now they are trying to say there is obstruction of justice. The problem is there has to be a crime to obstruct. Since there is no crime to obstruct there can be no obstruction of justice. The left both in congress and on this board are delusional.

Not only that but the FBI lied to the FISA Court and the worthless John Roberts is doing nothing about it. The agents must be fired and prosecuted and the judges must be fired and prosecuted.

I wish they would release it. You well know it contains far too much classified info to release.

The entire investigation and it's subsequent prosecutions should be thrown out as fruit of the poisonous tree.

You can't obstruct justice if there is no crime. Maybe you and your fellow leftists forgot that. Even if he could, he didn't. Public statements on TV and Twitter are not obstructing justice.

I don't think that you mean that the FBI agents and the FISA judges who participated in this scam should go free. Of course, Chief Justice John Roberts is involved because it is his job to control the FISA court judges and you can see that he is cool with their lying scam.

Of course the ones who poisoned the tree should pay.

No, I said no such thing. His report is finished and submitted. Or have you different, aka Clintonian, definitions of "will"? 'It depends on what your definition of will will be.'

I do grant that Mueller may be as "snakey" as Comey when it comes to presenting results.

However, we'll wait for it and then see what has been uncovered.
FYI, we know what this means, “However, we anxiously await the opportunity to twist the information and fabricate accusations against the man who dared to upset the Progressive Agenda.”

FYI #2, people are so on to and sick of these antics that doing so will make those sore losers who continue to put hope in such manipulations look like fools besides coming back to bite them.

Again, they are going to release it within two weeks. It may be redacted to the point of being annoying but that has to be done. The Democrats in Congress are trying to subpoena the whole thing NOW, after waiting for it for almost two years.

I think they are posturing and this will end up backfiring on them, so they should go right ahead.

Webster:
Definition of justice
1a: the maintenance or administration of what is just especially by the impartial adjustment of conflicting claims or the assignment of merited rewards or punishments

Speaking of "Obstruction of Justice":
If Rep. Schiff has evidence of a crime and refuses to share it with the proper officials but is holding it for political reasons, wouldn't that be obstruction of justice.
If members of the House and Senate refuse to accept the judgement of lawful authority as to whether or not President Trumps is innocence of collusion or that the case for obstruction cannot be proven, wouldn't that be obstruction of justice
If members of the House and Senate refuse to pursue evidence concerning wrong doing be Secretary Clinton for political reasons, wouldn't that be obstruction of justice.
