The best translation off the Critical greek text, but 1977 more literal then 1995 revision, and upcoming 2020 revision looks even less literal!

I prefer the ESV to the NKJV, but they're both fine translations (along with the NAS, of course).
Jesus used the NASB. If its good enough for him, its good enough for me

I also like the Esv, just think both Nas and Nkjv bit more formal!
Hey, KJVO claimed that He used Kjv!
