Honestly, I thought it was a software error. The new look is...um...lets just say "not good".

The new Admin (Sean) told me the "Default" setting is more like the old system in appearance while keeping all the new bells and whistles.

I don't know what "old system" he's talking about. I've been here since 1999 and I don recall anything that looks like this.

But new wine must be put into fresh wine-skins. Lk 5:38

Lol, Hank, is it my imagination or has there been an influx of new members recently?.... :)

Depends...are you Jew or Greek?

;)

God bless.
Actually, my mother's mother (my maternal grandmother) was Jewish with roots in Austria. So according to many rabbinical pronouncements I could become an Israeli citizen if I could prove my heritage.

It is impossible for the old to be better. The software was out of date by at least ten years and it was very vulnerable to hacking. Had Andrew kept the former software up to date everyone would have found it to be similar to what we have now.

Interesting. Has anyone in your family know or considered which Tribe you might be descended from?

God bless.

Not a clue - my grandmother's maiden Jewish name is Sulke (with variations in spelling). The family is Prussian and located in modern day Austria, Germany and Hungary. Though they are Jewish they are a family of nobility. She came over in 1897 missing the holocaust and married an Italian immigrant who insisted the children be raised Catholic. Both my paternal grandparents were Italian immigrants who came to America in the early 1900's.
