What is a disappointment to me is that our president will traverse the globe issuing apologies for America's "arrogance, dismissiveness, etc.", yet he speaks of Chicago in glowing terms as of an "El Dorado", the fabled "city of gold", a paradise city on earth, "that most American of American cities".

This isn't at all subtle. It's very clear. Maybe Obama looks great because Bush was sooooo bad.
