Since Joe Biden will not actually receive the Democratic Party nomination next month, Donald Trump is the most elderly person to be nominated for president by either the Republican or Democratic Parties. Since there are minimum age requirements for elected office in the U.S. Constitution, it should be amended to add maximum age limitations, as well(yes, I know, that is very, very unlikely to happen).
