The Original Tea Room (7)

As I promised Roger - when # 6 reached page 20 - I would continue it.

I've not been around much this summer - I've been extremely busy with my secular job - but I hope to be posting more - now that things have slowed down a bit.

I invite all of you to continue to post here - and of course - feel free to have a "spot of tea!"

Hi from hot and humid Brisbane the fun spot to be when on night shift, the angle grinders screaming, the temperature soaring, the sleep deprivation ...... all I want for Xmas is an air conditioner...

HI Sheila, How's Tammy?

I just woke up. Ty fell right to sleep so I crawled back in bed. A 'wrong number' woke me a few minutes ago (8:15). Ty and Nick are still sleeping!

Well, I finished my 2000 word essay on 19th century English Baptist History and am now back working on my dissertation. Today I have a most shocking headache, which is most unusual for me. My reading time is very limited because my eyes also hurt so much. Gripe over...how is everyone else?

Blessings

Sheila

Sounds like a migraine, Sheila, with the eye pain! Will sure pray it goes away soon.

Diane, I wouldn't say I was a "headache - y" person. I went back to bed this morning. I feel better than I did. Thank you for your prayers.

Roger, how is your paper coming on? I haven't heard much about it recently?

(goodness...did you hear that clanger) LOL

Hello Sheila,

Never think that, my dear friend. Everyone knows it is me. *smile*

I have been very negligent in posting anywhere lately. Not a lot to post about. I suppose I could find some ailment to mention, but that is depressing. I am looking for a bright light; something to enable vision, hope, prosperity of soul. Actually, I have been busy doing the small things about the house. The things that once I did in minutes, now take me hours and even days to get done.

How are your studies coming along? Also your husband's course? Trust you are still hard at it, and that you are enjoying yourself in the things of the Lord. I am looking at taking another course this winter; something to keep the mind alert and working.

Cheers for now,

Jim

Good Morning Sheila and Jim. Seems all the chatty spots are very quiet lately.
