The Problems With Relativism

If you've ever been there, you've heard people say, "You can't say that. That's just your belief!" Well, that's not just your belief, that's the TRUTH! What God says is so no matter if they believe it or not.

This kind of reasoning is called relativism, the belief that nobody is right and nobody is wrong. This kind of thinking has lots of problems.

Bad example. Gots to differentiate between physics and metaphysics/philosophy.

Metaphysical statements can be absolute but are not subject to objective investigation.

hmmm.... Anyone agree?

I think we need to remain within the walls of simplicity so that anyone can understand.

relativism kicks in on statements like:
My prayer is purple

The problem with relativism is that 'relativism'
is used to be judgemental against other people.
relativism is NOT a blessing, it is a curse.
But relativism is a curse to the one using the
tag 'relativism' not to the one against whom it is
used as a club.
