The Purpose of Remaining Indwelling Sin and Corruptions in the People of God

God doesn't ordain that you struggle and fight with yourself all the time.

I totally disagree. God's elect, whom He chose before the world began, are called upon to constantly fight against their unredeemed fleshly bodies. Sin, with its temptations, is a constant 24/7 spiritual war for God's elect, just as it is for those whom God chose to reprobate before the world began. The reprobates do not seek the true God nor fight against their sin, except as maybe the Pharisees did - cleaning up the outside but are inwardly are full of uncleanness, as Christ did not die to redeem the reprobates nor to wash their sins away.

Salvation is 100% the work of God from the beginning all the way to the new heavens and the new earth wherein dwells righteousness. The child of God contributes nothing to his salvation nor to keep himself saved.

Well, I have offered to you God's word that contradicts directly and repeatedly what you've written here. You can ignore God's word if you like and persist in your unnecessarily laborious version of the Christian life that your used to, but you don't have to. There is a far better life God has for you when you begin, by faith, to live in it.

Sin, with its temptations, is a constant 24/7 spiritual war for God's elect, just as it is for those whom God chose to reprobate before the world began.

No, this is false. And I've shown you from God's word why this is so. Believe it - or don't - but God's word says what it says, regardless.

Romans 6:1-7
1 What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin so that grace may increase?
2 May it never be! How shall we who died to sin still live in it?
3 Or do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus have been baptized into His death?
4 Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life.
5 For if we have become united with Him in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection,
6 knowing this, that our old self was crucified with Him, in order that our body of sin might be done away with, so that we would no longer be slaves to sin;
7 for he who has died is freed from sin.

Salvation is 100% the work of God from the beginning all the way to the new heavens and the new earth wherein dwells righteousness. The child of God contributes nothing to his salvation nor to keep himself saved.

Yes. Right. Not sure why you've pointed this out... No one is suggesting that one can earn one's salvation.

You seem to want to change Ephesians 1:3-4 from:

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love,” (Eph 1:3-4 NKJV)

to something like this: " “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, but ignore those who tell you that He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love,”

The verses, (as originally written) have Paul telling the Ephesian Christians that God did choose them before the foundation of the world. You say that He didn't choose anyone before the foundation of the world, and that such teaching is Calvinist misinformation. You seem to be saying that Paul got it wrong.
No what I am saying is the calvinists got it wrong. We are only in Him when we are saved, so are you suggesting that Paul thought people were saved prior to creation? Were you saved prior to creation @David Lamb?

"In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses,..." Eph 1:7 If you were "in Him" thus saved can you explain when you "heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and had believed in him" Eph 1:13

Also the verse shows us the plan of salvation was not an afterthought.
