She really doesn't want to get involved: there is a strong possibility still that if Parliament passes a Brexit Bill against the government, the government may advise her to to Assent to it, which would put the monarch against Parliament. Last time that happened it didn't end well for the monarch..

I think the current legislative body has well earned the nickname Rump Parliament, but for different reasons than the original.
