Had the pleasure of seeing "Havana Music Hall" a few weeks ago. If this comes to your area, take the time and go see this amazing musical, which captures the essence of the Cuban experience under the "Revolucion."
Here is a synopsis - "Havana Music Hall’s best known band is on the rise in a thrilling, creative 1958 Cuba. Husband and wife team Rolando and Ramona Calderon are on the verge of breaking through to the world’s stage when the Revolution tears the only world they have ever known apart. Almost sixty years later, we find the duo trying to forget the past in the now devastated Havana Music Hall, but others won’t let them. Havana Music Hall's story captures the pain and joy of the Cuban experience like nothing before. "
One For All, All for One!
He doesn't understand the difference between socialism which is benign and Communism. The guy knows nothing. If one wonders how on earth people would start leaning toward accepting socialism it is clear IMO that they have strategically taken over our education system. Therefore, we need to take our education system back!

That depends, Scandinavian Socialism is somewhat benign.Socialism is not benign! The Dems are socialists and they are on a crime wave of violence.

Also when "push comes to shove" as Christians we ought to be able to live under ANY government and still glorify God as a Daniel (for instance).
I will however still legally resist communism. Socialism as well, progressive liberalism also.

Socialism in the UK, France, Italy, Germany, Norway, Sweden and in many other countries is not extremist. We already have socialism in the U.S. (Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.). Unbridled Capitalism leads to inequality. As Gordon Gekko said in the movie "Wall Street," Greed is good." We need to have a mixed approach which takes the best from Capitalism and Socialism. That depends, Scandinavian Socialism is somewhat benign.

Communism - The Marxist governmental philosophy adapted as best as can be to the targeted culture.Socialism in the UK, France, Italy, Germany, Norway, Sweden and in many other countries is not extremist. Communism is a radical form of socialism. The emphasis is not so much on economics but rather on absolute dictatorship which crushes all the rights of the individual. Rightfully so, we've fought wars against Communism and continue to do so. Millions of people have been killed and millions more have been subjugated by Communist dictators like Stalin, Mao tse Tung, Khrushchev, etc. Russia, Red China, N. Korea and Cuba are Communist states. Most of our allies and in fact the free (meaning non-Communist) world have a blend of Capitalism and Socialism. These two positions are radically different.

I can't argue against this because this whole thing is irrational and ridiculous. There you go again! I don't think that you know the difference between a welfare state and socialism.
The UK, France, Italy, Germany, Norway, and Sweden are all free market or capitalistic states with big welfare budgets and big government. They are not socialistic, although Germany and Italy were before and during World War II. Were you thinking of Nazi Germany?
We do not have socialism in the USA. That is another one of your bonkers arguments. Social Security and Medicare are paid for by the recipients. Now if you want to call them a pyramid scheme, okay. As for Medicaid, in case you are that ignorant, it is medical welfare so that everyone in the USA gets medicine. As for your mixed approach that would be like trying to get a cross between an automobile and a skateboard. Only you would want something like that so why are you not moving to a socialist state such as Mexico which just elected a communist President who takes over shortly? You could live like a king down there!
And then you contradict Marx or was it Lenin or was it Stalin who said that the purpose of socialism is to bring about communism. It turns out that socialism also involves the absolute dictatorships that are the earmarks of communism. And no, we don't have any socialist allies in the free world. Socialists like you hate capitalism and want it destroyed. You hope to keep your money but you want to strip money from everyone else and give it to your pals. You live on easy street as a retired engineer so you want socialism like everyone else on easy street. It is a cheap way for you to get rid of the common man. The American welfare state is twenty-two trillion dollars in debt but you think that you can make everything free, take control of all corporations, and make everyone as poor as an illegal immigrant. You should head for Switzerland now. You want big government and total control over the means of production. You want people to work for nothing. You do not want to pay people what they are worth.
Actually, you are attacking Christianity because you think that you can control unrighteous Mammon and make Mammon do what you want done. Just how do you think that you can control the god of money when no one in human history as ever had a successful socialistic state.
Merry Marxmas!
Maybe you need more by way of a formal education?I can't argue against this because this whole thing is irrational and ridiculous.
