Sin is not through Adam or the physical . We are responsible for our own sin only
God already judged all as being found in Adam, as we all have received the same as he did in judgement, a fallen sin nature, and also physical death!

Humans bodies die , souls are eternal. Death to the soul is separation from God.

Eze 18:20

The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear theiniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.

nor can we count on the faithfulness of our fathers

Eze 14:20

Though Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, they shall deliver neither son nor daughter; they shall but deliver their own souls by their righteousness.
That passage in Zeck has NOTHING to do with Sin as in us as being found already as sinners, with sin natures, as it refers to God will only execute captital punishment in this lif eon this whose deeds and sins deserve it!

He might mean the fall of satan...

I would see it more as all of us as being found and judged by God to be guilty by being in Adam now!

We were condemn already.
John 3:18
He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

you are already condemned and continue that way because one dots not believe, The only way out of condemnation is to believe.

It has everything, would God render capital judgement to the righteous? no, the word iniquity is much stronger than sin

Eze 18:19
Yet say ye, Why? doth not the son bear the iniquity of the father? When the son hath done that which is lawful and right, and hath kept all my statutes, and hath done them, he shall surely live.
Eze 18:20
The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.

We cannot rest on the faithfulness of our father nor are responsible for their bad deeds. God said He would not save Israel for :

Eze 14:14
Though these three men, Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, they should deliver but their own souls by their righteousness, saith the Lord GOD.

Condened due to now being seen in the fall of Adam as guilty, and receiving the sin nature as a result!

Deals with physical death due to acts done worthy of capital punishment, not sin in general!

The Ezekiel passage is concerned with the "statutes-mitzvouth" established in the Torah.

i.e if an adult son is a thief the father is not required to make restitution for the son's thievery and vice versa.

Adam's sin (aka "original sin") is/was passed down through all generations of mankind because "ALL have SINNED".

iniquity is a lot of sins,

English Standard Version
The soul who sins shall die. The son shall not suffer for the iniquity of the father, nor the father suffer for the iniquity of the son. The righteousness of the righteous shall be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon himself.

Jesus said sin is not physical but spiritual, so how can I get it from Adam?

Sin is an individual responsibility,

Romans 14:10, 12 “For we will all stand before the judgment seat of God. So then each of us will give an account of himself to God.”

Adam bought sin into the physical world, you have the opportunity to sin through free will, A way of sin has been constituted or formed in which we suffer. The choice is ours to participate or not. The choice is ours the consequences are ours

I said Jesus died for all sin,

Does this include the fallen angels or is Jesus death limited to humans?

Was conception a sin or was he already sinful when conceived?
He was "conceived in sin" just as the word of God says.

Romans 5:12 Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all men, because all sinned--

We did all sin, on our own.

This word entered is the word "constituted" . We have a choice to sin do we not? Just as one man made a way for us to be saved. We have a choice also

We are not told if His death was/is for fallen angels as well as mankind.

However I don't know of any theologians who believe it was/is.

We are responsible for our sin yet because of our father Adam we are also slaves to sin to do as it dictates.

Fish swim, birds fly, man sins.
