A Digital Version of the 1859 edition of Hiscox
In my last post, I cited Hiscox as a source. Below is a link to a digital version if the 1859 editon. I don't know how many if any differences there are between this and the standard 1894 edition.

FYI, the 1894 edition was published by Judson Press.
