No, it is a comment on the everchanging benchmarks of the left. It was only yesterday that we were to think locally and act globally because we were citizens of the world. I agree with that statement. In fact, I think that's indicative of what is underneath much of the world's problems these days, inequality. However, i think it's more serious to cooperate with an enemy during wartime.

I don't think anyone likes or dislikes a particular candidate because they are on the other side. Sides have nothing to do with it. What its about is the policies they want to put into place. Everyone on this board is well thought out and has particular reasons. Its never just a side issue. Not sure why anyone would think otherwise.
