How much do you love yourself?
You're going to pick apart Paul's teaching?

I love myself quite a bit, and that's a healthy thing. Moreover, Jesus called us to love each other as He has loved us (John 13:34-35).

You can be sure that if you do not accept the teaching of scripture (and Jesus), you are not being led by the Spirit.

OH!!! It's the yes or no guy. He asks questions, wants a yes or no but won't answer them.

We still haven't gotten the answer to the question whether Jesus is God.
Compared to you... Jesus is God.

Compared to God ...God is greater.

As it is written...

John 10:29
My Father, which gave them me,
is greater than all;

John 14:28
for my Father is greater than I.

How many times have you been deceived thinking that someone was something they were not using this you have said here to me as your guide to know the hearts of others?
I have not knowingly been deceived. I do not recall any time that I have regretted not following the leadership of someone who is not displaying the fruit of the Spirit. More often than not, their actions lead to public exposure of evil acts and harmed lives.

Let's also be clear, I did not claim to know that hearts of others. That's your addition to this discussion.

You are not Paul and you are not Jesus you are not the Spirit.
You do not even represent them.
It is your teaching that I do not accept.

And I do not love myself.

So therefore I do not have to love my neighbor.

False you do love yourself ,"For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:" (Ephesians 5:29). Why did you feed yourself today?

I guess you think those who kill themselves love their own flesh.

Or do you think they don't know they are killing their own flesh?

Which is it?
