Another question. Is the following relative to Romans 6:9 Acts 13:34?

for it is evident that out of Judah hath arisen our Lord, in regard to which tribe Moses spake nothing concerning priesthood. And it is yet more abundantly most evident, if according to the similitude of (order of) Melchisedek there doth arise another priest, who came not according to the law of a fleshly command, but according to the power of an endless life, Heb 7:14-16 YLT

Hebrews 5:5 YLT so also the Christ did not glorify himself to become chief priest, but He who spake unto him: 'My Son thou art, I to-day have begotten thee;'

Yes.
He was, is, and always will be the Word of God,

In the beginning was the Word. And the Word was with God and the Word was God
