Trump admin opposed the act.
But now this fake election has strengthened the hands of evil doers.
Biden vows to pass LGBTQ rights legislation in first 100 days
“I will make enactment of the Equality Act a top legislative priority during my first 100 days - a priority that Donald Trump opposes,” Biden said of the Republican incumbent he is challenging.
The Trump administration opposed the Equality Act, saying it would “undermine parental and conscience rights,” and has also restricted queer rights in the name of religious liberty. The Trump campaign did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment on Biden’s interview.
The Democratic-led U.S. House of Representatives passed the Equality Act in 2019, but the legislation stalled in the Republican-controlled Senate. Biden would need the Democrats to hold the House and take control of the Senate to ensure passage.

You cannot have “already WON” an election where the votes are still being counted and the results have not been certified. The election is not even over. Biden is only the presumed winner based upon the current polls.which planet are you on? Joe Biden has already WON and is the next POTUS!!!

man, you are living in a DREAM world! Biden has passed the required 270 and WILL be the next POTUS, whether people like you like it or not! Either The Lord God PUT Biden in as the next POTUS, or, He ALLOWED him. either way he is in and there is nothing that Trump or anyone else can do to change this! Trump was a real Jackass for the 4 years that he was the POTUS, and the MAJORITY of Americans did not like him, as the results clearly show. Personally, I do not like Biden/Harris, as the US will become very Liberal in the next 4-8 years. If DT was more numble, then he might still be there! So, brother, just humbly accept that your man is NOT going to be the POTUS any longer, and MOVE ON!!!
