Hey, guys. This is a thread for all of us who have been debating freewill vs. sovereign grace lately.

This thread is for things we agree on!

Bob said we would probably agree on hamburgers! :)

I happen to like bacon on mine.

I also lie music and bluegrass is a particular favorite :)

I also like baseball.

So, you turn, add what you will :)

We may find we agree on a lot of things!

I like Burgers with Mushrooms and Swiss Cheese--Oh, and BACON. Mmmmm. I'm getting "the eats" just thinking about it!

I also like Brats and tons of Seafood--Lobster, Snow Crab, Maryland Crabs.

BTW, if you get "so-called" Maryland crab anything outside of the State of Maryland, they are, in some respect, just kidding you. "Maryland Crab" and "Maryland Crab Cakes" are not styles of crab.

Blessings,

The Archangel

Holy Scripture is the very Word of God
Trinity...God in 3 ...yet One God
God is Eternal
The God of Creation/The Word/Christ
Man is a sinner
God is Holy
God is Love..not just love as we know it, all that we know and all that is love, for all love comes from, starts with and even is God.
Christ is the Mediator
Justification is only though Christ Blood
Adoption of the believers
Saved by faith
Redeemed from sin market...though Christ
Believers are Saints

and we all just LOVE basketball
and macs :) :)

Dale-C,

I thought we were talking about things we agree on?

And you had to go and bring up that you are typing on a "MAC" computer!

That will surely stir up some controversy with the "PC Crowd?" HA!

sdg!

To me, the above doctrines may or may not be agreed upon by Christians. Although I agree with them, they have very little to do with living the every day Christian life. What we can agree on in that area is do we look for ways to spread the Gospel as we go through the day, are we living a life that others know we are Christians, and do we love others more than ourselves, do we consider or think of others before ourselves. All the above doctrines are really interesting, but if you know them have have not the love of God or towards fellow man in your heart, you are but a clanging symbol.

LOL.
I remember reading about a guy when he was in Bible college. He said he came into a hall and heard these two guys arguing. He just figured it was just another C vs A argument but when he got closer, he realized it was a Mac vs PC debate :)

But see there are similarities, all those who go along the broad road to destruction use PCs.
Those that have been awakened to the truth, use Macs! :)

That is just a JOKE though. :)

Holding the hand of my beautiful wife! To feel her small hand in mine, and to see how fragile her slender fingers are, compared to mine. To know she needs the love and protection that I so willingly give to her. To be in oneness with her as my Lord and Savior is one with His church. To share everything life brings us... together in unity and love.:Fish:

The God of Creation/The Word/Christ
Man is a sinner
