I see little of Christ in these debate forums. I think Jesus left this particular section of the BB a long time ago.

If this is fact, ctb, you had better write the United Negro College Fund .... and suggest they get PC, and rename their name to the United Black College Fund?

It's an historical organization with an historical name. Like The Negro Leagues or Negro spirituals.

Don't tell me that the writer doesn't understand the difference. Unfortunately, I KNOW that you know the difference.

You didn't just off the cuff decide to refer to the President of the United States as a Negro. It was a calculated thought that again tells more about you than you realized.

If this is all you few folks can find wrong with my OP, then I guess I must have hit this one out-of-the-PARK?

You hit it out the park alright. Glad you think your behavior is a game.

Besides if hip hop blacks can use the "n" word as they see fit, get off my back for calling a black man a negro. That is genetically speaking, proper and correct. Besides, in my lifetime, while the blacks have defined and re-defined what to be called from negro, to Afro-American to colored, to black;I have been on a steady learning curve in order to not offend.

IOW, now it's time to try and save face and cover my behind.

Let's also talk about my black friends who love to lovingly refer to me as "cracker" and "honky" and white-boy. If I offended anyone it would not be my negro, afro-American, black friends and brothers in Christ.

IOW, now that I've attempted to cover my behind, let me now again try and justify what I said.

So, ctb, unless you have something more intelligent to add to this OP, it's time to close your eastern seaboard caucasian trap.

The pattern continues.

Gee golly, maybe I don't feel led to give you an answeer .... har!

So quit asking or be disappointed. It's your choice. Maybe zaac will accommodate yah

A word of advice. Stop trying so hard to be "one of the guys" to get that pat on the back. Even the folks you thought you were "aligned" with are starting to notice.

Well.

Maybe Zaac's right about you.

I'm not disappointed. More like, vindicated.

like they say, "Opinions are always changing!" One day I'm up in the polls, and the next day, I'm down! As for the "wench" question. I prefer socket wrenches over serving wenches!

And the answer is no! I call them by their name. Hey girl, or hey boy! :wavey:

That's,

To participate in the discussion forums. Pretty simple.

My reason for being here too. I want to have meaningful conversations, but innuendos, insinuations and veiled remarks make it hard at times. Hang in and try to enjoy. I have made some meaningful relationships and friends here. Not everyone is judgemental. Shalom!
