How do you define “common”.? I’ve seen a handful of similar videos, but I wouldn’t think it common.

The radical left uses the same tactic by claiming police brutality is common.

If this is the knock down game it is very common and happens downtown Indianapolis at major intersections.

Wrong. The radical left doesn’t spend much time posting videos “claiming police brutality is common.”

The radical left spend most of their time shouting that police brutality is racist, an example of systemic racism, and then peacefully rioting, looting, burning, and murdering, to demonstrate that they need no policing.

This video is ten months old. I’m not arguing it doesn’t happen. I’m arguing with the description that it is “very common”.

I am familiar with the “knock out game”, but again, unless we can put a number to it that shows it is “very common”, then it is hyperbole to say it is “very common”.

If it is not “very common”, then to make such a claim may be perpetuating a stereotype that Americans of African descent are naturally violent or some such thing.

I disagree with all of this.

They also shout black genocide by police. That seems to have died down a little.

No plans to visit big cities at the moment, but why do you assume I might be a target?

peace to you

You are naive to assume that you are safe no matter how much melanin you do or don't have in your exterior. Law enforcement has collapsed in the big cities.

Ok, you disagree the video is 10 months old? It is time stamped with September 2019. I count ten months, but we can disagree.

You disagree that it is hyperbole to claim an incident is “very common” without having specific numbers of how often the Incident occurs. I maintain it is hyperbole without accurate numbers.

You disagree that posting a video of a black man attacking an elderly white man in a store and then claiming it is “very common” perpetuates stereotypes that Americans of African descent are prone to violence. I maintain it perpetuates stereotypes.

I have often defended police accused of excessive force and the narrative that police abuse is “very common” when the numbers just don’t support it.

I want to be consistent.

Very sad indeed. Police must be supported. Without the police, anarchy will reign. I don’t think we are there yet, but perhaps not far from it.
